Frequently asked questions
What is a case pack?
A printable PDF (about 15 pages) that explains one criminal case in plain English: a summary, an illustrated timeline, key people, the most important court documents with links, a legal glossary, discussion questions and a full numbered source list.
How much does a case pack cost?
Each case pack is US$9. Your card provider may convert the price to your local currency (for example AUD, EUR or GBP).
How do I receive my pack?
Packs are digital downloads (PDF). Nothing is shipped. You can read on screen or print on US Letter or A4 paper.
Where do the facts come from?
Only from public court records, official government notices and published news reporting. Every fact carries a small numbered tag that points to a source listed at the back of the pack.
Do packs include crime-scene photos or graphic details?
No. Packs contain no crime-scene images, no photos of real people and no graphic description. They focus on the legal process and remember victims by name.
How do you handle cases that are still in court?
Active cases are clearly labelled. Defendants who have not been convicted are described as charged, and allegations are labelled as allegations. Everyone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
Is this legal advice?
No. Case packs are independent educational resources. They are not legal advice and are not affiliated with any court, agency, party or family.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — see our refund policy. If a file is faulty or you bought the wrong pack, contact us within 14 days.
