Terms of sale

Case packs are digital PDF products priced in US dollars. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the pack for personal or classroom use. Please do not resell, republish or share the file publicly. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.

Refund policy

If your file is faulty, will not open, or you bought the wrong pack by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country (including Australian Consumer Law and EU/UK consumer rules).

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to deliver your purchase and, if you choose, our newsletter: your email address and order details from the payment provider. We do not sell personal data. This site uses no advertising trackers. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. If you are in the EU, UK or Australia, you have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or the Australian Privacy Principles.
